When time is check-out on my day of departure? And do I need to see the Innkeeper?

Boone’s Colonial Inn’s guest entrance is at the BACK of the building. Enter the public alley to reach the Inn. Boone’s Lick’s parking entrance is off of Main Street. Breakfast at Boone’s Colonial Inn is a private affair. Since we are a boutique Inn, we are NOT a traditional bed & breakfast. If you’re not a morning person, that’s O.K. Rates quoted via telephone OR online are quoted without any breakfast meal or other meals. We generally quote rates or explain area cafe options via telephone so if you are unsure of our policy please inquire. Your email confirmation will also explain there is no meal served with the room.
Breakfast at Boone’s Colonial Inn has been suspended due to County Health spacing requirements for in house dining during Covid-19. We can not deliver meals to guest rooms. As noted we have substantially discounted rooms due to this amenity not being available at this time.
What is your Cancellation policy?

A minimum of 5 days cancellation notice is required for Sunday through Thursday night reservations.
For cancellations made after the required deadlines a refund, less a $65.00 service charge, will be made if the inn is able to rebook the accommodations. We sincerely appreciate your patronage, so please inquire if you have any questions regarding this policy.

What safety protocols do you have in place for Covid-19 at the property?
Each room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between stays. This includes all linens washed and replaced, surfaces, light fixtures and door handles wiped with commercial grade antibacterial cleaning products, and rooms aired with fresh air and allowed to rest before the next stay. Boone’s Lick Trail Inn is NOT serving breakfasts at this time due to the fact that our dining space will NOT accommodate County Health Dept. required 6ft spacing for parties and we must remain virtually contactless. Our City/County area does NOT have a mask mandate. This is a difficult decision but if a guest goes to area restaurants or shops that are not practicing social distancing while staying with us, we can not control them coming to our dining room and other guests being exposed. We do request masks be worn in our common area spaces and encourage you to wear a mask while shopping and visiting restaurants in our community. Due to these extra protocols required by Covid-19 for your safety and our staff’s safety, we do not allow check-ins or early arrivals in person BEFORE 4:00. Our cleaning protocols take every amount of time between guest stays as well as allowing the rooms to fully sit as required by CDC. We must coordinate with you for arrival times and key procedures. We do appreciate your understanding as we navigate the hospitality we provide our guests, but safety is most important at this time.
