- We are a FULLY non-Smoking Inn. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only (no smoking on balconies or porches). If it is determined by the innkeepers that smoking has occurred in the room, a $400 cleaning charge will be added to the credit card.

Cancellation: We ask that as a small inn, you understand our need for ample notice of cancellation. A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is given at least 10 days prior to a Friday and/or Saturday night reservation and 14 days prior to stay during holidays, festivals, special events or any night during October. A minimum of 5 days cancellation notice is required for Sunday through Thursday night reservations. For cancellations made after the required deadlines a refund, less a $65.00 service charge, will be made if the inn is able to rebook the accommodations.
