With any of our packages or suites, you can add some Spanish romance. Tapas is Spanish for small bites. We prepare six to eight Tapas presentations, such as peppered skewered free range chicken, Spanish goat cheese with sourdough bread, Brushetta with hummus, artichoke hearts, tomato, black olives, red onion, red pepper (or roasted red pepper) or sun dried tomato and feta cheese, skewered prime rib beef with fresh vegetables, Spanish olives and salsas, parmesan encrusted potato slices, Spanish meatballs in a spicy red sauce, pan sautéed shrimp in a lemon and butter mix or any number of tapas dishes. Your tapas dinner is served with a fine Spanish wine, romantic Spanish music and the traditional long stem red rose.
Guests may choose to have dinner prepared and served in their room, in our romantic stone alcove (weather permitting), or by our charming 19th century cast iron stove.
